Grant Lefgren

Owner

With love for architecture and construction, Grant has spent his entire career in the home building industry. Before starting Keystone Construction, Grant worked for some of the largest builders in the country with responsibilities in purchasing, field operations, land development, and architecture. Although Grant has spent many years managing operations, he has also been “in the trenches.” Working as both field superintendent and sales agent, he has a unique perspective towards the small details of getting things done right in the home building industry. In starting Keystone Construction, Grant has cultivated a culture of focusing on doing the right thing the first time and making sure the homes and community are something everyone would be proud of. Grant loves the outdoors, he loves to create things, and his greatest joy is his family

Jake Horan

Owner

Jake has always loved the homebuilding industry. For the majority of his career he has been involved in all things new construction. With a background in sales and land acquisition, he has a great eye for the best locations to build in Utah and strives to pair location with a luxury product at an affordable price. In his free time he loves to hunt, camp, travel, and spend as much time as possible with his wife and kids.

Casey

VP of Purchasing and Design

Casey has been with Keystone Construction since the beginning where he has seen the company excel from the ground up. Working for Keystone Casey has had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Previously, he was a part owner for a courier company, where he worked closely managing employees and running day-to-day operations; meanwhile working to earn his degree in accounting attending Utah Valley University. Due to his experience, he is able to effectively communicate with subcontractors and homeowners to make sure tasks are complete and each detail is met. He has a passion to see the success of each home being built and works hard through product procurement to see that happen, such as: selecting subcontractors through a competitive bidding process, negotiation of contracts and ultimately the purchasing of goods that are vital to the success of building a home at Keystone. Casey, enjoys working with homeowners ensuring they have the most positive experience possible while building a home. He has a strong work ethic and desire to learn that have helped him excel in to a managerial position here at Keystone, overseeing: the purchasing department, design center, and architectural design.

Jeff

VP of Operations

Jeff works with homeowners and contractors to combine and weave the vision and desire of the homeowners along with the skills of the contractors to create an innovative masterpiece. He is highly motivated and solutions-oriented. Jeff graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Having over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeff has built and managed hundreds of residential projects anywhere ranging from multi-million dollar homes to entry level homes. He has overseen large and small subdivisions, multi-family housing and single family housing. Jeff knows that when you are crafting a home it takes a clear vision, precise planning and thorough execution. Jeff is dedicated to helping individuals and families create a quality home.

Eric

Controller

Eric has always had a love for woodworking and for several years ran his own business designing and building custom woodwork and furniture. He graduated with a degree in accounting from the University of Utah and while attending school managed a financial service team. After graduation, he was able to combine his degree with his passion for building and has spent the last 14 years of his career in construction accounting. He has managed the finances for companies just starting out to companies with over $40 million in annual revenues in both the residential and commercial side of construction. He loves being part of the Keystone team.

Brandi Johns

Sales and Marketing Manager

Brandi has been in the new construction industry for 12 years. Her passion for design and real estate led her to the homebuilding industry and she has found her perfect fit. She began her real estate career as a Sales Counselor helping hundreds of families build the home of their dreams. After many years working directly with customers in the model home she decided to share her knowledge and expertise with others and loves managing and training the sales team at Keystone. Brandi enjoys being part of a company that she believes in and is proud of the product that Keystone Construction offers. Home is the place that memories are created and she loves to be a small part of peoples stories.

Heidi Rose

Design Center Manager

Heidi has always had a penchant for design. With an exceptional eye for detail, her work marries beauty and quality. Heidi received her Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Interior Design from Harrington College Design in Chicago. With nearly two decades of design experience, she enjoys bringing her ideas into harmony with those of her clients to turn houses into homes. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family and her dog, traveling, reading, and watching documentaries.

Kim Lau

Sales Agent

Kim has 25 years of experience selling real estate. She loves selling new construction because of the opportunity to work with buyers to create their dream home. Kim said "It's rewarding seeing a family walk into their brand new home after construction is done knowing that this is where they will celebrate birthdays, holidays and all of the other special occasions with family and friends.”

Joe has experience on both sides of the new construction industry. Working as both a
Superintendent and getting his degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley
University, then getting his Real Estate License and helping homeowners as a Sales Agent. Joe believes that each homeowner should enjoy where they live. He loves what does and being apart of peoples home buying journey.

Mike

Project Manager

Mike has been in the construction industry for 10 years. He has a Bachelor's Degree in
Construction Management from Weber State University.
He started as a laborer sweeping out homes. He has experience in purchasing, estimating, and being a superintendent for a National Homebuilder. Mike has been with Keystone since the summer of 2019.

Jayce Morgan

Superintendent

Jayce has a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. He loves working with people and making sure that they are happy and excited about their new home. Jayce has been with Keystone Construction for 4 years and has always had he goal to deliver a clean and reliable product.

Terry Treasure

Superintendent

Terry has been in the construction for over 20 years. He enjoys coming to work each day and learning new aspects of construction while putting his skills to use to make sure that the homes he builds are solid and polished.

Kurt Hathcock

Assistant Superintendent

Kurt is in his last year at UVU working on completing his degree in Construction Management. He enjoys helping homeowners build their dream homes and takes great pride in delivering an exceptional product. He enjoys the outdoor and spending time with his wife and kids.

Colin Hampton

Construction Coordinator

Colin grew up in a construction family building homes and moving from one place to another as early as he can remember. He has a passion for being physically active and loves spending time outdoors. He went to UVU for his Business Management Degree. Colin started working for Keystone at the beginning of 2021 and has enjoyed working with homeowners and the Keystone team.

Jake Witkowski

Superintendent

Jake has a Business Management degree from UVU. His background in home remodeling and framing has helped him be very diverse in in homebuilding. Jake loves working with home buyers being part of their exciting journey. His favorite things to do in his spare time all involve food, friends, and sports.

Lauren Ballard

Purchasing and Design

Lauren has worked in the design field for more than 10 years overseeing multiple aspects of residential construction and interiors. She takes pride in working directly with homeowners from dirt to move-in, ensuring their vision comes to life. Lauren is proficient in vendor communications and product procurement, and enjoys creating eyepleasing, comfortable homes. A Texas native, Lauren loves exploring Utah and spending time with her husband and daughter in their RV.

Kassie Hedman

Office Administrator

Kassie has a passion for home design and decor and has enjoyed her time working with Keystone Construction and the homeowners. She has over 18 years of experience working in the window covering industry, including design, office administration and accounting. In her free time she enjoys sewing, paddle boarding and being with her 5 kids and husband. She also loves traveling to any place with a beach.

Trish Sever

Sales Agent

Trish absolutely loves new home construction and real estate in general. She has been changing peoples lives for over 24 years. This brings her great joy. She love doing things with her kids and grandkids, especially skiing and boating. She love to putz around in her yard. She also love to go camping and explore new places.

Carson Johns

Sales Assistant

Carson has a strong background in social media and marketing. With a great interest in home building and a desire to learn the in and outs of the construction process he looked towards new construction and started his career as a Superintendent. Carson has a love of working with people and has enjoyed his current role as a Sales Assistant and getting to know the homebuyers as he helps them through the homebuilding process. In his free time he loves to spend time snowboarding, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with his girlfriend, family, and friends.

Braiden Hampton

Superintendent

Braiden grew up in the construction industry. His parents are General Contractors, his uncle's were framers, concrete finishers, electricians, you name it. Every weekend was spent helping a friend or family member build their own home. He spent 4.5 years as a
Project Manager in commercial construction prior to joining Keystone Construction. He believes that this team excels in sub relations and customer service. Together they strive to build the highest quality product for our home owners.
